Co-Hosts Tony Hawk, Travis Pastrana to Join Host Todd Richards for Wales

Skateboard legend Tony Hawk will co-host the Nitro World Games Wales broadcast with action sports icon Travis Pastrana, while Todd Richards will return as the official host as the biggest action sports competition expands outside of the U.S. for the first time. The world’s best athletes in FMX, BMX, skate, and scooter will vie for titles across five events at Principality Stadium in Cardiff on the 23rd and 24th of May 2020. Hawk returns as co-host and to provide analysis during the 2020 Skate Vert event in Wales. He’s been involved with Nitro World Games since it began, calling it “a great representation of skateboarding’s evolution and modern progression.” He added, “The UK has had a consistently strong skate scene since the early ’80s, so it will be a great fit, and long overdue.”
